Manage your billing, invoices, and payment method

Your subscription is managed through a secure Stripe billing portal accessible from your account page.

MyBioHack handles payments through Stripe. You can view invoices, update your payment method, or see your next billing date through the billing portal linked from your account page.

How to access your billing details

  1. Go to your Account page.
  2. Find the Subscription section.
  3. Click the link to open the Stripe billing portal.
  4. In the portal, you can view past invoices, update your payment method, and see your current plan.
Tip

Invoices are sent to the email address on your account. If you need a copy for your records, you can also download any past invoice from the billing portal.

Note

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, not stored on MyBioHack servers. Your card details are never visible to the MyBioHack team.
