Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan

You can change your plan at any time from your account page, with access adjustments taking effect right away.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to your Account page.
  2. Find the Subscription section and select your desired plan.
  3. Confirm the change. Upgrades are processed right away.
  4. For downgrades or cancellations, the change takes effect when your current period ends.

What happens to your access

If you upgrade, your new features are unlocked immediately. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep your current plan's access until the end of the billing period, then access is adjusted to match your new tier.

Note

If your payment fails, there is a 3-day grace period before access is adjusted. You will receive an email with a link to update your payment method.
