Introduction
My Brief Story
Here’s a bulleted breakdown (larger breakdowns here and here):
I was gaslit and felt like I was labeled with every diagnosis and symptom under the sun which was post-viral illness, dysbiosis, dysautonomias, being super toxic, and like so many other things
Been so sick from my environment, including mold, and had to throw away my personal belongings three times
Found mentors to teach me new psycho technologies, and how to use my brain in a way that empowers me to think differently about Research and the Health of the body
Been afforded opportunities to fly over the world and shoot documentaries pre-pandemic
Bought a truck hamper and explored the US during lockdowns
I have been (so far) NoVid, and trying my best to keep it that way
I've gotten really good at swallowing a handful of pills at once lol.
Morning stack :d
What About Me Now?
I am no longer sick all the time or bed bound or tired or get poor sleep.
See all the sleep hacks I’ve tried and how I am able to get 3-4 hours of deep sleep every night (this is not total time of sleep).
Actually, nowadays I have too much energy sometimes.
I feel like a completely different person than I was a decade ago and so much more different than 2 decades ago.
I sauna everyday for an hour, and walk two to three miles a day whether that's around the neighborhood or on a hike through the mountains.
I Am Working On CCI and Hyperosmia
Before my recent neck injury I used to lift weights and was hella buff.
The last things I'm working on are my Cervical Crianio Instability (CCI) from something falling on my head recently and damaging my neck, the neuropathy that travels into my face due to that physical trauma, and I am always working on my limbic system in relation to hypersomnia.
It's maybe a phenomenal cook as I can reverse engineer meals by smell, but I can also smell chemicals and fragrances and all that other man-made bullshit.
My Website and Its Value
When I started having breakthroughs, I would post them to my website.
When I would experiment I would post that to my website as well.
As I became better at cruising the literature and understanding mechanisms I would create bigger and longer blogs with better patterns and executable actions on how to tackle them.
This helped me gain a following and the clientele and I started teaching and working for other clinics bringing them up to date on the latest modalities and mechanisms.
Originally my main focus was on psychoneuroimmunology (how your mind, nervous system, and immune system all interact together with the environment and turn on and off genes aka epigenetics).
As I grew and learned more, the focus also included toxicology.
My whole original blog is a free resource and will stay that way forever or until something kills the internet lol.
I have found what I've written about in my original blog must be very valuable, as my original content and ideas shows up in popular language models now, without my permission (even though I have crawling for it turned off).
They've also been plagiarized by other bloggers.
And so that has led me to take steps back and rethink how to approach this.
While I wholesomely appreciate giving (it gives me goosebumps), I highly value myself and the resources I'm able to provide.
I also believe people hold more value in things in scenarios where they have to put up their own collateral.
It is a highly motivating factor and when others have done it to me, it's given me much more drive to execute and follow through.
These new things I've learned are in a new blog format, which I am glad you have joined, to learn about all the amazing new things I've learned and ways I have been able to help my clients.
