Explanations Vs Techniques
I will point out where I use rationale over science, and times when I elucidate explanations vs techniques.
Explanations are simply talking about the mechanisms, while techniques are putting it into practice.
Similar to how you can talk about how to shoot a basketball vs practicing it and having a couch work with you through the steps.
This Is Directed From The First Person
I don’t know anyone’s size, weight, age, or gender, who is reading this, so when I talk about dosing strategies, it will be from the perspective of myself to myself.

This Is A First Edition!
As a first edition, for the sake of brevity and the sake of putting this out faster so you can use it faster, I've decided to leave out adding references to every single thing I say.
This is a long process and I'm going to update it over the course of time with the resources.
It's a lot easier for me to just talk it out, but there are sections where I speak more technical with study diagrams etc.
Like I said, if you think this is all bologna because there's not enough references or double blind placebo controlled random access trials, then by all mean do your own research.

Science And Plausibility
Science is always evolving and the best explanation is always what’s most plausible (plausibility in this sense means how truthful something is, not how likely possible) until we learn something better.
This is an ever evolving process.
I don’t know everything, there is always more to learn, this may be missing details that I forgot to include or have not been discovered yet.
I plan on updating it when that happens.
That’s why this is the first edition.
