Daily check-ins and symptom tracking

2 min read

Log how you feel each day to build a 30-day pattern of symptoms, energy, and recovery.

The daily check-in is a quick log of how you feel on a given day. Over time, the entries build a 30-day pattern that can reveal which factors correlate with better or worse symptom days.

How to log a check-in

  1. Open the Health Hub and go to the Check-in section.
  2. Rate your overall energy and wellbeing for the day.
  3. Log any active symptoms and their severity.
  4. Add an optional note about what you ate, took, or did differently.
  5. Save. The entry is added to your 30-day pattern.

Reading your patterns

After a few weeks of check-ins, the Trends section shows which days tended to be better or worse and whether certain patterns appear before a symptom flare. This kind of longitudinal view is one of the most useful things you can bring to an appointment with your provider.

Tip

Consistency matters more than completeness. A 30-second check-in every day is more valuable than a detailed entry once a week.

Note

Check-in data is stored privately in your account. Trends are for your own awareness and are not a clinical assessment.
