How to contact support and what to expect

Open a support ticket from the support page and expect a response within one business day.

Heads up

Support is not for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

If you cannot find an answer in the Help Center, you can open a support ticket. Support handles account issues, billing questions, technical problems, and feedback.

How to open a ticket

  1. Go to the support page.
  2. Click the button to start a new ticket.
  3. Choose a category that best fits your issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as you can, including any error messages you see.
  5. Submit the ticket. You will get a confirmation and can track the thread in the support page.

What to expect

We aim to respond within one business day. Complex issues may take longer. You can reply to the thread from the support page without needing to check your email.

Tip

The more detail you include upfront, the faster support can help. Mention your plan, the device you are using, and what you were doing when the issue occurred.
