What the Biohacking Bot can and cannot do
The bot answers research-backed questions with citations and remembers your conversation, but it is not a doctor.
The Biohacking Bot is an AI research assistant that searches the MyBioHack article library, then builds an answer with citations from the most relevant articles. When you ask a question, it finds the source material first and links its numbered citations back to those articles.
What the bot is good at
- Explaining mechanisms: how a supplement works, what a biomarker measures, how a protocol supports recovery.
- Pointing to relevant research articles with direct citations.
- Remembering your earlier questions within a session and building on them.
- Suggesting related topics or follow-up questions worth exploring.
What the bot cannot do
The bot does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or replace the judgment of a medical professional. It works from the MyBioHack research library, which means it does not have access to outside sources or to your personal health records.
The Biohacking Bot provides education, not medical advice. Before making changes to your diet, supplement routine, or treatment plan, consult a qualified healthcare provider.
