XP, levels, streaks, quests, and badges
The achievements system rewards consistent learning and tracking with XP, a BioLevel, streaks, quests, and unlockable badges.
MyBioHack has a gamification system that rewards you for consistently engaging with the research and tracking tools. The more you read, ask, and track, the more you earn.
XP and BioLevel
Experience points (XP) are earned by completing quests, finishing check-ins, reading articles, and asking the bot questions. Your total XP determines your BioLevel, which runs from 1 to 100. Think of it as a running score of your engagement with the platform.
Streaks
A streak counts the number of consecutive days you have logged a check-in or completed a quest action. Streaks are shown in your achievements dashboard and on your profile. Breaking a streak resets the count to zero.
Quests
Quests are structured learning paths with waypoints. There are 28 quests in total across four types: Reading Path, Health Journey, JD Guide, and Biohacking Crash Course. Path members unlock knowledge quests (reading-focused). Pro members unlock health journey quests that involve the tracking tools.
Badges
Badges are milestone rewards tied to specific actions or thresholds. They are displayed on your profile. Some badges require reaching a certain BioLevel or streak count; others are unlocked by completing a full quest.
If you are close to completing a badge or a quest waypoint, the achievements screen will show you what is left. Small actions can push you over the line.
